The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus.
The room was much smaller than I expected. It felt quite cramped, like a box really. The bed also offered very little support, uncomfortable to sit or sleep on. Quite a letdown after a long day.

The staff at the reception were always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Rooms are nicely furnished. The location is certainly convenient. It is very close to public transport links. The park in front of the hotel provides a good buffer from the bustling ambiance.
I noted the gym was quite small, I thought it needed more equipment.

The room had a modern design, complete with a flatscreen tv and climate control. It was a Wonderful experience! The bathroom included a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, though the lighting could have been a bit brighter.

The location was very central! it was near the river. This was nice for walks. i could easily walk to various shopping locations. it was very handy.
the bed was too soft and there was no solution provided. pillows were also not comfortable. the water in the shower did not drain well, and there was a smell of sewage at certain hours.

the hotel provided bottled water and a coffee machine in the room, i found it a nice touch. rooms are big, which i like. the staff was always helpful and friendly . i liked the prices at the lobby bar.
the room felt a little smaller than i imagined, it was like a box.

the staff was always friendly and a delight. front desk staff is very kind. a lady at the reception explained what places i can visit in one day. they also gave me an umbrella since it was raining.
